Car Leasing Made Simple
There are lots of options to consider when leasing a new car.
At Lease4Less, we will endeavour to make the process of leasing a vehicle as hassle-free as possible — after all, car leasing is what we do for a living!
The term “leasing” really does cover a vast number of contracts that are available to you. You could opt for a contract hire agreement, a lease purchase agreement, a personal contract purchase agreement or something else.

Depending on what you want from the contract, our team of consultants will be able to guide you through the process and help you in determining which contract will work best for you.
Once you have made your enquiry we will contact you to provide a quotation. We will need to ask you several questions that will help us get a better understanding of which contract will be suitable for you. You may already have an idea of the vehicle you want and the budget you want to spend, but even if you don’t we will be happy to make suggestions.
You will have a dedicated account manager who will oversee your quotation. This account manager will remain your main point of contact throughout the process, and will also be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your contract should you decide to lease a vehicle with Lease4Less.
All vehicle leasing quotations will be provided in writing, detailing any excess mileage charges or application fees that may be applicable.
Upon deciding to apply for finance, Lease4Less will either send you a form to complete, invite you to complete a form on our website, or take the details from you on the telephone.
A short credit script will be read to you advising you that your credit file will be searched by the relevant finance company, and asking for your consent to this. Details on how your information may be used can be found here.
The processing fee is payable at this point. Should you prefer, we may be able to incorporate the processing fee into your monthly payment or initial rental. If the application fails finance, the processing fee is refunded. Should you decide not to proceed after an approval is obtained, then the fee may be retained.
Once a decision has been received your account manager will contact you to discuss the decision, and to inform you of any acceptance conditions relating to the leasing agreement.
Lease4Less will notify you of which finance company we will be using for your application prior to submitting it. Please ensure that you read the terms & conditions for that finance company before proceeding with the application.
An order form will then be sent to you to sign. The order form will detail all the information included in the quotation. We will also require you to sign the document. This can be signed electronically if preferred.
A £500 deposit is required to secure your order. A smaller fee may be taken at the management’s discretion. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Unfortunately we do incur costs when we cancel a vehicle, and to maintain our very competitive pricing structure, this is the reason a cancellation fee is charged. You do have rights however to cancel the finance element of the contract (see Distance Selling Regulations) and these rights will be sent to you separately.
Once your vehicle leasing order has been processed a member of the administration team will email you to request any Proof of Identity that is required.

Upon accepting your order, our administration team will contact you to request any I.D that may be required. Upon receipt of your I.D documents, Lease4Less can then issue the finance contract and forward this on to you.
Please ensure that you follow the instructions sent from our administration team because if the finance documents are not completed correctly they will need to be re-signed. This can ultimately lead to delays in delivering the vehicle to you. If in doubt, please contact Lease4Less on 0161 786 1650.
Once the finance contract has been received back your consultant will contact you to give a delivery date. We will have to wait for any cooling off period to expire before delivering your vehicle, so please understand that your delivery will in all likelihood not be the day after we receive your contract back!
Your consultant will have already discussed delivery dates with you and Lease4Less will always endeavour to deliver within the discussed time frames.
Most finance companies will draw your initial rental by direct debit so you may not be asked to pay the balance before delivery. You can check this by either contacting your Lease4Less consultant or checking the terms and conditions of the appropriate finance company. Lease4Less will always ensure that any holding deposit we have taken from you will be returned prior to the direct debit being drawn.
Lease4Less will be in a position to confirm your delivery as soon as all the paperwork has been returned.
We will then book the next available delivery slot and confirm that this is convenient for you. All vehicles are delivered by an experienced driver, who will contact you approximately 30 minutes before delivery. If you would prefer to have your vehicle delivered on a transporter this can be also arranged but please be aware that this could delay the delivery. There may also be an additional charge for having your vehicle delivered on a transporter.
We expect your vehicle to be delivered in showroom condition and we’re confident that this will be the case. If however, you feel this is not the case then please contact your consultant before signing for the vehicle, as problems are difficult to rectify after delivery has taken place.
The driver will explain the controls on the vehicle if required, ask you to sign a delivery note and then you are free to enjoy your newly leased vehicle!
Just because we have delivered your vehicle does not mean that we cease to care for you as a customer. If you have any problems, no matter how big or small, please contact your account manager who will be happy to discuss and advise you accordingly.
Lease4Less will also stay in touch with you throughout your contract to ensure that you are happy with everything.
End of Contract Options
It is very much a cliché but before you know it your contract will be coming to an end.
Lease4Less will contact you 6 months before the end of your contract to discuss the options available to you, whether it is extending the contract (subject to finance company approval), providing quotations for a new vehicle, or simply to facilitate the collection of your vehicle.
While we don’t anticipate that you will have any problems during your leasing agreement, we do understand that this is the motor trade and things don’t always run as smoothly as we would like them to!
